I’m an independent strategist and facilitator who helps teams navigate the messy middle of innovation and change.

Over the last decade, I’ve tried on a lot of hats: from Co-Founder and Scrum Master to Head of Digital and Service Designer. I’ve worked deep in the engine room of product teams and high up in the strategy decks of agencies.

What I’ve learned is that the perfect process doesn’t exist. Real change is usually fuzzier, human, and full of trade-offs. I prefer practical experiments over big-bang transformations, and I believe that asking the right question is often more useful than having a ready-made answer.
