My name is Julian Peters.

I work as a consultant with a decade of experience in the digital field. During these years I have held roles as Co-Founder, Scrum Master, Product Owner, UX Designer, Service Designer, Digital Consultant, Head of Digital, Facilitator, Business Designer and Innovation Consultant in agencies and product teams.

I rarely work on just one thing. I am currently thinking about and working on the following undertakings.

In progress

• Continuous Improvement as father of Emil.
• Working as an independent consultant for leaders in agencies, start-ups and product teams.
• Working as a Senior Strategist – Innovation & Transformation for move:elevator, one of the 50 biggest digital agencies in Germany.
• Building CLOQ, a sharable timer for teams working in hybrid and remote environments.
• Experimenting with lyrn.tools, a database of experiments to test strategies and business ideas
• Starting up STRATEGY.RUHR, a community of strategy enthusiasts from the Ruhr area
• In my spare time I am one third of Solo zu Zweit. We play acoustic pop and rock in the Ruhr area.

Completed and published

• Lecturer for Usability, Webdesign & Webanalytics at the FOM in Duisburg, Essen and Düsseldorf.
• Back2Warcraft as a former founding member. An e-sports livestreaming channel with more than 120,000 followers.
• tift, a shift scheduling SaaS for restaurants, was built and launched as a co-founder.
• Built and published Kassettenkiste, a micro-network for friends to share the best mixtapes.
• Co-founded Style Generation, a community for wBB themes with more than 2,000 members at the time.
