I help leadership and their teams become more adaptable to change from outside and inside.
We can achieve this by:
- setting up strategic routines that incorporate change instead of work against it;
- creating systems that identify signals from the environment and within the organization;
- decreasing risk for strategic and innovation initiatives.

How we work together
I only work with a few clients a year, usually for several months. I consider my clients as partners and am usually not hired to create slides and spreadsheets, but I will do it if it helps move things along. Instead, you hire me to take care of your organization and your team.
The collaboration often begins with a short, small workshop in which we can quickly clarify the problem and establish a shared context. These workshops often lead to long-term engagements and consulting assignments.
Building a trusting working relationship starts with getting to know each other. Letβs find a date for this together.
Meaningful examples of projects
- Working with the innovation team of a Roman Catholic diocese, I helped with product strategy and product management to develop and launch two digital platforms.
- I worked with the team of a job platform, in particular with the business owner who was responsible for the B2B pre-login area. Through training in agile product management, metrics and design sprints, we managed to achieve a double-digit increase in average user revenue.
- My clients wanted to offer buyers of a property a digital product that would map the customer journey from purchase to the end of the warranty phase. We developed a product vision in a workshop and I helped prioritize task packages for an MVP. 95 % active users were proof enough to warrant connection to CRM and internal interfaces.
- Advising a UX manager in a corporate environment. Our topics include connecting UX designers to product teams, UX research, UX management and strategy.
