Simplifying Cooking with one Bookmark

I am a husband and father of a two year old. As such, I am responsible for cooking most of the meals we eat together. And when it comes to cooking recipes that I’ve found on Pinterest, there’s one thing I hate the most…

Food bloggers rambling on and on and on. About what to call the recipe. How their partner will rave about the meal.

Fortunately, there is a remedy. Meet Cooked, a service that takes the structured data of most recipes and turns it into a summarized ingredient list and easy-to-follow cooking steps.

To use Cooked, you put https://cooked.wiki/ in front of any web recipe and enjoy the benefits. That’s it!

However, I wanted to make my cooking life a little bit easier. So I created a bookmarklet that automatically prepends this URL to any website you use it on.

Drag and drop the link into your bookmark bar: 🧑‍🍳 Cooked

If it is going to help me, there might as well be one other person out there who can benefit from it.
