Journey of a Strategist
It was the end of 2019, when I first consciously came in contact with Strategy. As then Head of Digital of an agency, I was invited to join the very first two-day strategy workshop facilitated by an consultancy.
From that point on, I became aware how often people mention “strategy” in anything they say. Sometimes to call for a different approach in complex situations, sometimes to sound smart in workshops and sometimes to delay quick actions.
It was already three years later, when I came to the conclusion that most people have a different understanding of what strategy is and a lot of people have no clear understanding on how to act on strategy.
This was the signal to my journey of becoming a strategist.
