Based on Research, Product Discovery tries to find out, what the next most valuable thing is, we should/could build.

Possible steps

  • 3-12 minute Research Interviews with customers, ideally with team members listening in
  • interviews with Sales, Customer Support, stakeholder…
  • interviews with Onboarding Team
  • build rough Prototype with findings
  • validate rough concept with possible customers
